How does DecorQuote calculate a balloon decor price?
You add reusable services or custom items, quantities, internal costs and client fees. DecorQuote calculates the quote total, tax, gross profit, margin, markup, deposit and balance using deterministic pricing rules. You remain in control of every input and final price.
Does DecorQuote work offline?
Yes. The core quoting workflow is designed to work offline, and business data is stored in the app database on your device. No DecorQuote account or developer-operated cloud backend is required.
What appears on the client PDF?
The PDF can include your business branding, client and event details, itemized services, total, deposit, balance, terms and signature. Internal costs, profit, margin, markup and private notes are excluded from the client document.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. DecorQuote is planned as a paid App Store download with no subscription and no in-app purchase. The final purchase price will be shown on the App Store listing when the app is released.
Is DecorQuote a CRM or invoicing platform?
DecorQuote is a focused event pricing and quote app. It includes clients, reusable catalog items, packages, quote statuses and branded estimates, but it does not try to replace payments, accounting, contracts or a full cloud CRM.
Which devices will DecorQuote support?
DecorQuote is being prepared for iPhone. The App Store link and final compatibility details will be added here when the production listing is live.
How do I back up my quotes?
DecorQuote includes explicit JSON backup and restore plus CSV quote export. Because the app is local-first, you decide when and where to save those exported files.
