1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how DecorQuote (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the DecorQuote mobile application and this legal and support website.

2. Information stored by the app

You may enter or create the following information while using DecorQuote:

• your business profile, contact details, logo and pricing preferences;
• client names, contact details, addresses and notes;
• catalog items, packages, quotes, event details, prices, costs and private notes;
• payment terms, cancellation terms and client messages;
• an optional client signature captured on the device.

This content is stored locally on your device. We do not receive or host it on DecorQuote servers.

3. Device permissions

Photo library

DecorQuote requests photo-library access only when you choose a business logo. The selected image is copied into the app’s local storage and used in generated proposals.

Files and sharing

When you generate a PDF, export a backup or CSV file, import a backup, or share a document, the action is initiated by you. The operating system and the destination app or storage provider you select may process that file under their own privacy terms.

4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current version of DecorQuote does not send developer-operated analytics, does not display advertising, and does not use data for cross-app tracking. If these practices change, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures before introducing them.

5. Support messages and website data

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and attachments. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and maintain support records for as long as reasonably necessary.

This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic request information, including IP address, browser data and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

6. Retention and deletion

App data remains on your device until you delete individual records, replace them by importing a backup, or remove the app. Deleting the app may permanently remove local data. Files you exported to another app, email account or storage provider must be deleted from that destination separately.

Because we do not hold your locally stored app records, we cannot retrieve or delete them remotely. Support correspondence can be deleted when required by applicable law or when it is no longer needed for support and legal purposes.

7. Security

DecorQuote relies on the security protections of your device and operating system. Keep your device protected, install trusted system updates and store backups in a location you consider secure. No storage method is completely risk-free.

8. Children

DecorQuote is a business tool intended for event professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly operate a service designed to collect children’s personal information.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information we actually hold, such as support correspondence. These may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

To make a privacy request, contact contact@decorquote.app. We may need to verify your request. Mandatory rights under local law remain unaffected.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when DecorQuote’s features, legal requirements or data practices change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.
